Celebration of Life will take place on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at 2:00 pm at The Mount, Elizabeth City NC. Viewing will take place at the funeral home on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 from 4-8pm. Family will receive friends at her residence. Vic leaves to cherish her memories: mother, Ruby B Dunston (Troy); father, Victor E. White, Sr.;step father, Donald Spencer Sr.; siblings, Victor White Jr., Cyritha Baum, Kelly White, Maliquia White, Donald Spencer Jr, Carisha Spencer, Daquan Spencer Shadonna Spencer, Dashawn Spencer and Aishia Felton; and a host of half brothers and sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
