Celebration of life will take place on Monday at 12:00 noon at St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church, Elizabeth City, NC on Monday, May 18, 2015. Viewing will take place on Sunday from 3:00-7:00pm The family will receive friends at her residence 226 Sharon Church Rd, South Mills, NC. Valerie leaves to cherish her precious memories: two sisters, Gloria Rhodes of Vista, Ca. and Marcella Thomas(Millard)of Charlotte, NC: brother, Rev. Ricky L.
