Rudolph Brown, Sr, 64 of 2581 Peartree Road, Elizabeth City, NC, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at Sentara Nursing Center, Barco, NC. Celebration of Life will take place on Monday February 1, 2016 at 12:00 noon at Holy Trinity Community Church. A viewing will take place at the funeral home on Sunday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. The family will receive friends at the home of the deceased. Rudolph leaves to cherish his loving memories; wife, Laverne Brown of Elizabeth City, NC; mother, Lydia Brown of Elizabeth City, NC; two daughters, Shondalyn Bowe (Eric) of Elizabeth City, NC and Candice Mallory (Berry) of Hertford, NC; two sons, Rudolph Brown, Jr and Bobby Brown of Elizabeth City, NC; ten grandchildren; five sisters, Annie Ferebee, Clarissa Gibson (Charlie) and Glenda Thomas (Wendell) all of Elizabeth City, NC, Lillie Brown - Clark (Ronald) of Zebulon, NC and Ella M. Smith (James) of Jonesboro, GA; five brothers, Miles Brown, Jr (Mittie Joyce) of Woodbridge, VA, Zachariah Brown (Bettie Jean) and Jesse Brown of Elizabeth City, NC, Andrew Brown, Sr of Butner, NC and Pete Brown; and a host of other relatives and friends.
