Deacon Robert Henry Copeland, 71, Edenton, NC entered into eternal rest on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at his residence. Celebration of life will take place on Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Melton Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Winfall, North Carolina. Robert will lie in state from 12:00 noon until time of service. Robert leaves to cherish his loving memories; loving wife, Jean Copeland, of the home; one daughter, Lisa Young (Anthony); one brother, Dr. Leon Copeland of Salisbury, Md; two sisters, Shirley Farewell (Marvin) of Dumfries, VA and Patricia Copeland of Upper Marlboro, Md; devoted mother-in-law, Mary McEachin, sister-in-law, Dorothy Lea (Butch); one granddaughter, Danielle Fonfield (Brian); three great grand sons, Brandan, Noah and Kyle Fonfield; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
