Ritchie Dion Riddick, 51, of 1510 Millpond Road, Elizabeth City, NC, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, January 21, 2016 at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, Norfolk, VA. Celebration of Life will take place on Wednesday, Janauary 27, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church, Elizabeth City, NC. A viewing will take place at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. The family will receive friends at the home of the deceased. Ritchie leaves to cherish his memories: wife, Delean Griffin Riddick; daughter, Krystal D. Griffin(Christopher); son, Dudley Griffin; mother, Geraldine Stokley all of Elizabeth City, NC; three sisters, Sharon Griffin (Michael), Shereese Riddick; four brothers, McKinley Riddick (Mabel), Clayton Riddick (Vera), and Linwood Riddick; four grandchildren; mother in law Mary Moore; father in law, Jubby Griffin, five sister-in-laws, Karen Taylor, Taresa Griffin, Maria Griffin, Angela Moore and Dorethia Griffin; four brother-in-laws, Randy Griffin (Velma), Stanley Griffin (Cassandra) Ricky Griffin and Jubray Griffin; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
