Richard "Fireball" Felton of 522 Liberator Street, Elizabeth City, NC entered into eternal rest at Sentara Norfolk. Hospital on Tuesday, August 30, 2016. Celebration of life will take place on Sunday, September 4,2016 at Holy Trinity Community Church, Elizabeth City NC at 2:30 pm. Viewing will take place on Saturday from 4-8pm at the funeral home. The family will receive friends at his residence. Richard leaves to cherish his memories: wife, Sabra Felton of Elizabeth City NC; five sons, Richard Cole Jr. (Kim), James Alexander (Naisha), Derick Alexander, Daryon Spencer, Keenan Spencer; four daugters, Latonya Snowden, Latasha Carter (Larry), Larrita Carter, Aisha Felton; four devoted sisters, Helen Hoffler (James), Joyce Frost (Kelvin), Katie Ruffin (Floyd), Richervard Hinton (Bobby); four devoted brothers, James Felton (Hazel), Wilbert Felton, Willie Felton (Terry), Alvin Felton; special niece, Jocelyn "Peaches" Hinton; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
