Rev. Dr. Samuel C Moore

formerly of Elizabeth City, North Carolina entered eternal rest on Sunday, June 25, 2023. Dr.
Moore was a retired professor from Elizabeth City State University in the Department of
Language, Literature & Communication.
Celebration of Live Services will be Friday, June 30, 2023, 11:00 a.m. at Red Hill United Church
of Christ, 10412 Buffalo Road, Clayton, North Carolina, 27527. Entombment will be in Memorial
Gardens, 809 W. Gannon Ave., Zebulon, North Carolina, 27597. Visitation/viewing will be
before service from 10:30 – 11:00 a.m. at the church.
