Baby Nas Montae McNeill, born to the late Victoria J. White and Reginald E. McNeill, entered into eternal rest on September 14, 2016. Celebration of life will take place on Wednesday, September 21,2016 at 2:00 pm at The Mount, Elizabeth City. The family will receive friends at 719 Oakdale Dr, Elizabeth City NC.
