Mildred Bogues Trafton

Mrs. Mildred Bogues Trafton, 98, of 260 Belcross Road Camden,NC entered into eternal rest on Sunday, November 1,2015 at Sentara Albemarle Medical Center. Celebration of life will take place on Thursday at 1:00 at New Sawyer's Creek Missionary Baptist Church, Camden, NC. She will lie in state from 12:00 noon until time of service. Viewing will be held on Wednesday from 4:00-8:00pm at the funeral home. The family will receive friends at her residence. Mildred leaves to cherish her sweet memories: her granddaughter and Caretaker Tameika Evins of the home; a devoted baby sister, Pennie Bailey of Camden, NC; sister, Dorothy Scott of Wolcott, CT; brother, William Leon (Ruth) Bogues, Camden, NC; sister-in-law, Ella Bogues, Waterbury, CT; two daughters/nieces; (her private duty nurse, Charlotte Evins, RN (Dr. Kenneth Evins), Oxford, NC and Velma (Jerry) Hill, Creedmoor, NC; three sons/nephews,Donald (Rose) Bogues, Ronald (Shirley) Bogues, Camden, NC and Claude (Mary) Bogues, Durham, NC. granddaughter, Keneica (Jerome) Moore of Creedmoor, NC, grandson, Terrance (Melissa) Evins of Charlotte, NC, great grands, Kamarion, Jamirah, Kahmani, Joi Moore and Tyce Evins. She had traveling guides and chaperones -A special niece Bonnie Jones of Bowie, MD and two nephews, Warren Jones, Oxen Hill, MD and Jeffery Jones (Barbara)and a host of nieces and nephews, grand and great nieces and nephews that she loved so dear.
