Mr. Marvin Wendell "Marvelous Marv" Sellers, Sr., of 291 Woodville Road, Hertford, NC entered into eternal rest on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at Sentara Hospice Care, Virginia Beach, VA. Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, january 23, 2016 at 12:00 noon at Poole's Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Hertford, NC. A viewing will take place at the funeral home on Friday, from 4:00-8:00 p.m. The family is receive friends at the home of his mother, Earlene Sellers, 291 Woodville Road, Hertford, NC. He leaves to cherish his loving memories; loving and devoted mother, Earlene J. Sellers of the home; one daughter, Taleya Sellers of Baltimore, Md; two sons, Marvin W. Sellers, Jr (Sophia) and Marlin P. Sellers (Arinia) all of Greenville, NC; three granddaughters; two sisters, Jean S. Cook (Robert) of Winston Salem, NC and Robin S. James (L Junior) of Hertford, NC; two aunts, Onella Hobbs of Elizabeth City, NC and Timmie Sellers of Baltimore, Md; one uncle, Otis Sellers (Gladys) of Winston Salem, NC.
