Marvin O. Griffin

Marvin O. Griffin, age 89, entered into eternal rest on Friday, November 15, 2019 at Brian  Center.

Celebration  of Life service will take place on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at Chapel of Beach Rivers Funeral Home at 2:00 pm. Viewing will be held on Wednesday from 4-7pm with the family receiving friends from 5-7 at the funeral home. 

Mr. Griffin was the son of Lemuel and Adaline Stokley Griffin.

Mr. Griffin is survived by his: wife, Nellie Rountree Griffin; son, Anthony Griffin (Gail); two grandsons, Rashawn Stokely and Darren Stokely, both of New York; four children he raised as his own, Norris Jordan, James Jordan, Tracie Jordan, Cassandra Jordan (John); grandchildren, Norsaia Jordan, Norris Jordan, Jr., Avion Jordan ( Madison); sister, Mary Kirkland(William); two brothers, Alvin Griffin and Jubby Griffin; sister in law, Vivian Griffin; brother in law, Cecil  Rountree( Sue); and a host of nieces,  nephews,  cousins and friends. 

Beach Rivers Funeral Home is expressing sympathy through sincere service to the Griffin family.
