Kevin Welton Barco entered eternal rest on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. He was the son of the late Clyde Barco and Lois Jones Hollowell of Elizabeth City, North Carolina. In addition to his father, he was also predeceased by his maternal grandmother Almead Dill whom he loved dearly.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 8, 2025, 3:00 p.m. at Beach Funeral Home Chapel, Elizabeth City, North Carolina.
In addition to his mother, Kevin leaves to cherish his memory his wife Laquita Lee Barco, Elizabeth City, North Carolina; two daughters, Keyonna Draughn, Rocky Mount, North Carolina and Z’kayla Barco, Elizabeth City, North Carolina, one son, Kevon White; three grandchildren, Lauryn Miles, Aaliyah Miles and Luxurii White; two brothers, Tim Barco (Shenna), Rocky Mount, North Carolina and Jamie Barco (Shanae), Fuquay Varina, North Carolina; three aunts, Elaine Sawyer, Elizabeth City, North Carolina, Selma Murden, Winston-Salem, North Carolina and Shirley Adams, Brooklyn, New York; one uncle, Curtis Barco, Concord, North Carolina; two special cousins, Spring James, Raleigh, North Carolina and Valerie Fields, Hampton, Virginia; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
