Boone,Officiating Johnny was born on April 11,1952 to the late Sterling L.Miller and Lillian Ballard Miller in Perquimans County,NC He leaves to cherish his loving memories: one son, Johnny "JJ" Miller;three sisters, Annie Akinkuoye (Nicholas) of Cleveland, OH, Linda Miller and Joyce Miller, both of Elizabeth City, NC; one brother, Wilford Miller of Manhattan, NY ;special nephew T.A. Miller of Cleveland Ohio; special niece, Katrina A.
