Mr. James Mangram entered into eternal rest on Friday, September 2,2016 at Sentara Albemarle Medical. Celebration of life will take place on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Olive Branch Missionary Baptist Church Elizabeth City, NC at 2:00pm. Public Viewing will take place on Friday September 9, 2016 from 4-7pm at the funeral home.
