Herbert Brown, Jr. of Elizabeth City, North Carolina entered into eternal rest on February 22, 2018.

Herbert leaves to cherish his memories: daughter, Eveyln E. Farrell; devoted friend, Larry George; grandchildren: and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Celebration of life will take place on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at Beach Rivers Chapel, 310 E. Grice Street Elizabeth City NC at 12:00 noon. Entombment will take place at Westlawn Cemetery. Viewing will be held on Monday from 4-7pm at the funeral home with family receiving friends at 1003 Goodwin Ave., Elizabeth City NC.
