Geraldine Webster entered eternal rest on Friday, January 24, 2025, at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Mollie Smith and was also predeceased by her siblings, Mary Johnson, Denise Rivers, Annette Rivers, Ella Davis and Moses Johnson.
Celebration of Life Service will be Sunday, February 2, 2025, 3:30 p.m. at Christ Church Ministries, Hampton, Virginia. A visitation/viewing will be Saturday, February 1, 2025, from 5 – 7 pm at Beach Funeral Home, Elizabeth City, North Carolina.
Geraldine leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Narissa Samuels, Moyock, North Carolina; two sons, Dewayne McCoy, Fresno, California and Albert Samuels, Hampton, Virginia; two sisters, Ledora Glasper, Colorado and Karen Powell, Fresno, California; eight grandchildren, Dewayne McCoy, Jr., Ometha McCoy, DeErika McCoy, Rahima McCoy, Miracle McCoy, Chutni Addison, Aijalon Moses and Arissa Samuels; seven great-grandchildren; one aunt, Fannie Mae Hodges, Los Angeles, California; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
