Celebration of life will take place on Friday, Aug 19,2016 at 11:00am at Union Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Elizabeth City, NC. Fannie leaves to cherish her memories: daughter, Sherl Baker of Catonsville, Md; devoted sister, Janice J. Bowser of Elizabeth City, NC; two brothers, John Baker of Goldsboro, NC and Ralph Jones(Rhonda) of Elizabeth City, NC; granddaughter, two great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
