Mrs. Evelyn Felton Johnson of Fredericksburg, VA (formerly of Hertford, NC) entered into eternal rest on Sunday, February 7, 2016 at Mary Washington Hospital, Fredricksburg, VA. Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 11am at First Baptist Missionary Church, Hertford, NC. A viewing will take place at the church on Friday, from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. She leaves to cherish her loving memories; one daughter, Rhonda Simmons (Kenneth) of Fredricksburg, VA; one grandson, Rasaan Simmons, of Fredricksburg, VA; six sisters, Jane Griffin (James), Belinda (Tony), Patricia Greene (Robert), Myrtle (Milton), Deborah (Bill) and Mary three brothers, William O. Felton, Jr (Phyllis), Melvin Felton (Ellen) and Lewis Felton; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
