Mrs. Esther Perez of 316 S. Dyer St, Elizabeth City entered into eternal rest on Sunday, February 7 at her residence. Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at Elizabeth City Seventh Day Adventist Church, Elizabeth City, NC. Rivers Community Funeral Home is expressing sympathy through sincere service to the Perez family.
