Estella Price Boyd, age 92, of 409 New York Avenue, Elizabeth City, NC, entered into eternal rest on Monday, July 20, 2016 at the home of her daughter, in Butner, NC. Celebration of Life will take place on Monday, July 25, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Whiteville Grove AME Zion Church, Elizabeth City, NC. A viewing will take place on Sunday, from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at The funeral home. The family will receive friends at home of the deceased at 409 New York Ave., Elizabeth City, NC. Estella leaves to cherish her loving memories; her children, Douglas Boyd (Betty) of Raleigh, NC, Rosemary Boyd of Midfield, AL, Lindora Gardner (James), Nathaniel Boyd (Deborah), and Dianne Johnson (Frankie) of Butner, NC; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; siblings, Edith Barnett and Charlie Price (Maxine) of Elizabeth City, NC and Madison Price of Durham, NC; sisters-in-law�s, Hermenia Price and Bessie Boyd; one aunt, Ethel Morris and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
