Service of Triumph will take place on Saturday November 21, 2015 at 11:00 am at New Bethlehem Apostolic Faith Church Of God and Christ 201 South Granville Street Windsor,NC 27983 with Apostle William R. Harrell, Jr. Officiating and Elder Kera Johnson, Eulogist. Viewing and visitation will take place at Bethlehem Apostolic Faith Church Of God and Christ 328 King Street Hertford,NC from 6-8pm with a Christian Wake beginning at 7:00 pm. Elder Felton leaves to cherish his memories and legacy; three sons, William H. Felton Jr. (Alice) of Hertford, NC, George N. Felton Sr. (Robin) of Edenton, NC, and Charles R. Felton of Hampton, VA; four daughters, Miriam I. Felton of Hertford, NC, Juanita Felton of Philadelphia, PA, Jennifer F. Felton of Washington, DC and Jonna R. Kee of Elizabeth City; one sister, Mary Harrell of Hertford, NC, and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
