Deborah Dale Rice

Deborah Dale Netzley Rice entered eternal rest on Saturday, June 24, 2023, at Sentara Albemarle
Medical Center, Elizabeth City, North Carolina. She was the daughter of the late Don Netzley and the
late Katherine Wirrig Netzley and the wife of the late Jerry Rice. She was also predeceased by two
grandchildren Kaleb Babb and Belle. Mode; one brother, J.D. Prescott and one sister, Rhonda Netzley.
She leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Katherine Netzley, Elizabeth City, North Carolina; two
sons, Shawn Netzley, Shelby, North Carolina and Don Rice, Murphy, North Carolina; two sisters, Rebecca
Netzley, Richmond, Virginia and Barbara Netzley, Chilicothe, Ohio; one brother, Craig Netzley,
Chilicothe, Ohio; twelve grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A private memorial service will be held at a later time.
