Beatrice M. Mercer of Camden, NC entered into eternal rest on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at Elizabeth City Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Celebration of life will take place on Tuesday, October 18, 2016, at New Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church at 1 pm. Viewing will take place on Monday from 4-8pm at the funeral home. Family will receive friends at the daughter's residence, Gail C. Butts, 111 Mercer Drive, Camden, NC.
Beatrice Mercer leaves to cherish her memories, two daughters, Gail C. Butts (Rev. Oscar) of Camden, NC and Debra M. Cowell of Elizabeth City, NC; one brother, Joseph Wilson of Camden, NC; five grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
