Ann Elizabeth-Wade Owens

Mrs. Ann Elizabeth-Wade Owens of Zebulon, NC (formerly of Currituck, NC) entered into eternal rest on Monday, October 24, 2016 at her residence.

Mrs. Owens leaves to cherish her memories: husband, Vernon R. Owwens Sr. of Currituck, NC; two daughters, Cassandra Henderson of Durham, NC and Sonya Owens of Zebulon, NC; four sons, Vernon Owens, Jr of Charlotte, NC, Jeffrey William Owens (Crystal) of Moyock, NC, Ricky V. Owens (Crystal) of Atlanta, Ga and Adrian "Ace" Owens (raised him); brother, Charles Wade of Los Angeles, California; mother in law, Icey Owens; twenty-grandchildren; twenty two great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Ann will be missed deeply, but as the Lord has called her to rest in his bosom we say, "Sleep on dear Liz, rest easy from your long and plentiful journey here on earth. "Even so, come, Lord Jesus!"
