Mrs. Addie Mae Harris Lilly Overton of Hertford, NC entered into eternal rest on June 9, 2015 at Kindred Care and Rehabilitation Home in Elizabeth City, NC. A celebration of life will take place on Sunday, June 14, 2015 at Melton Grove Missionary Baptist Church,Winfall, NC at 2:00pm. Family will receive friends at her residence, 600 Woodland Church Rd, Hertford, NC. Addie leaves to cherish her memories; husband, William Overton, Sr.; two daughters, Magnolia Perry(Levi) of Lithia Springs, Ga; Lizzie James(Clifton) of Silver Springs, MD; three stepdaughters, Sandra Scates of Ellenwood, Ga, Darlene Gibbs(Roy) of Woodville, NC and Doris Jackson(David) of Edenton, NC; step son, William Overton, Jr of Edenton, NC; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
